Llarim

Made using the 100% method with organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes, we produce this wine through maceration and fermentation on the skins, finishing with fermentation of the free-run juice alone, which gives it structure and preserves its acidity.

Highlights its colour, good acidity, aromas of evolution in the glass, and white fruit taste.
