This Returns and Cancellations Policy governs the rights and procedures applicable to purchases of products and bookings of services made through the website sroviert.com, owned by Companyia General Sarga S.L.

This policy applies exclusively to final consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession) and is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), as well as by applicable European regulations.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

2.1. Term and conditions

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of physical products within 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) acquires material possession of the goods, without needing to provide justification or incur any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform Companyia General Sarga S.L. before the indicated deadline expires, by means of:

The communication should include the order number, buyer's name, products being returned, and, if desired, the reason for return.

2.2. Product Return

Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the user will have 14 calendar days to return the product. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging, labels, and all included accessories.

Return costs shall be borne by the user, unless Companyia General Sarga S.L. has expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase or the reason for the return is a defect or error attributable to the holder.

2.3. Reimbursement

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, Companyia General Sarga S.L. will proceed to issue a full refund of the amount paid, including the original shipping costs (except for additional costs incurred by choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest one offered), within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal.

The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

3. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ON PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases, in accordance with Article 103 of the TRLGDCU:

– Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
— Products which may spoil or expire quickly.
— Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
— Products which, after delivery, by reason of their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF SERVICES

4.1. Right of withdrawal for services

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contracting of a service within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the contract being concluded, without needing to provide a reason and without penalty.

4.2. Commencement of service provision before expiry of the withdrawal period

If the consumer expressly requests that the provision of the service commence during the withdrawal period, they acknowledge and accept that, if they exercise their right of withdrawal once the provision has begun, they shall pay Companyia General Sarga S.L. an amount proportional to the part of the service already provided at the time they communicated their withdrawal, in relation to the total object of the contract.

4.3. Loss of the right of withdrawal for services

The consumer will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, provided that the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and with their acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

4.4. Cancellation of scheduled services

For cancellations of services with a scheduled date (appointments, sessions, workshops, etc.), the following criteria will apply:

Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: full refund of the amount paid.
— Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the start: a 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: no refund will be issued, except in cases of duly accredited force majeure.

In the event that Companyia General Sarga S.L. cancels or modifies the scheduled service, the consumer shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or to reschedule the service, according to their preference.

5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the product received has a manufacturing defect, has been damaged during transport, or does not correspond to the order placed, the user must notify Companyia General Sarga S.L. as soon as possible and, in any event, within a maximum period of 2 years from the delivery of the good, in accordance with the current statutory warranty.

Please indicate the order number, a description of the defect or issue, and, if possible, photographs that confirm the condition of the product. In these cases, the costs of collection and redelivery will be borne entirely by Companyia General Sarga S.L.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the approval of the return or cancellation. If a refund by the same payment method is not possible, an alternative will be agreed upon with the user.

Companyia General Sarga S.L. reserves the right to withhold a refund until the returned product has been received and its condition verified.

7. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Companyia General Sarga S.L. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with the version in effect at the time of placing an order or contracting a service being applicable. Users are advised to consult it before making any purchase.
