A mountain wine crafted using organic Tempranillo grapes from our vineyards in the Lleida Pyrenees. Fermented with its own yeasts and free from commercial additives, Quimal expresses a natural, authentic and elegant character.

A kind and balanced Tempranillo, with good acidity, well-integrated tannins and 12 months' ageing in French oak barrels that add complexity and depth.
