Gebrat

A mountain wine made from organic Riesling grapes grown in our vineyards. Gebrat offers a natural, fresh and elegant profile, characterised by the authenticity of the terroir and meticulous winemaking.

Together with Roi, it forms part of our “Twin Wines” range: same grape variety, different interpretation. This Riesling is produced using traditional fermentation followed by ageing on the lees, lending it character and balance in the glass.
